While all of our homes are available for extended stays, we have several homes that have 30 day minimum stays. These homes become your home away from home. Fully furnished and luxuriously appointed, you can enjoy the Steamboat lifestyle like a local.
These homes typically have 90 day maximum terms (hey, the owners want to come to Steamboat too!).
We know that longer stays mean that many people will want to bring their furry family members as well. We have special conditions to accommodate that. Just tell us in your inquiry about your furry friend and we’ll see if we can get them approved to stay as well.
The Lil Yampa Schoolhaus
Lovingly restored 1900s schoolhouse is ready for at home learning or working. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home on a pastoral setting overlooking Sleeping Giant, the Yampa River and downtown Steamboat. Less than 10 minutes from town but a world away.
